We facilitate trade to international markets in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and beyond, adhering to strict international trade standards and Incoterms® 2020.

All wholesale trade contracts, container configurations, and consignments are governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Sourcing operations are executed on FOB terms (designated Indian loading ports, India). Payment loops are secured via Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) or T/T deposits as detailed in official trade contract logs.

3. Compliance & Certifications

We operate in strict compliance with Indian export regulations. Desouza Farms LLP and its subsidiaries maintain active IEC (Importer Exporter Code) registrations and adhere to all applicable APEDA, FSSAI, and Halal standards. Our facility operations are governed by ISO-certified quality management systems to ensure global safety compliance.

5. Commercial Terms & MOQs

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), specific packaging requirements, and shipment lead times vary significantly by product category and destination port. All commercial terms are finalized only through formal Quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI) issued by our export office.

7. Export Compliance & Buyer Responsibility

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the import regulations, customs laws, and phytosanitary requirements of the destination country. Desouza Farms LLP provides standard documentation (COA, Phytosanitary Certificate, etc.), but the final legal eligibility for import rests with the Buyer.

8. Financial Transactions

• Banking Channels: All payments must be routed through official, legal banking channels (e.g., SWIFT, Wire Transfer, or Irrevocable L/C).
• Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all quotes are in USD or Euro.
• Price Volatility: Due to the nature of agricultural markets, prices are subject to change without notice until a formal Proforma Invoice is signed and an advance payment is secured.

9. Logistics, Risk, and Delivery

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes from Desouza Farms LLP to the Buyer according to the agreed Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR). We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party shipping lines, port congestion, container shortages, or customs clearance inspections.

10. Claims & Force Majeure

• Claims: Any discrepancies in quality or quantity must be reported with supporting photographic/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery at the destination port.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to an event beyond our control including Acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or government export bans.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, product descriptions, website layouts, photographs, and branding assets—including but not limited to Desouza Farms®, Rayan Bee Center®, Rayan Poultry®, Orainza®, La Velvona®, Nutrovia Natural®, and Divenza’s Kitchens®—remain the exclusive intellectual property of Desouza Farms LLP. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to wholesale shipping arrangements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
